Luanco Chorus app and Audio Unit
Luanco Chorus processes audio and MIDI locally on your device. The app and its Audio Unit do not collect audio, MIDI, presets or usage data for Luanco and do not track users. Editor preferences and the app's preset library are stored on the device. Presets you choose to import or export use your selected location, which may be managed or synced by your host or file provider under its own policies. Presets and host projects recall settings and rhythm curves; captured Freeze audio and held MIDI notes are temporary and are not saved. App stores and AUv3 hosts handle their own data under their respective policies. The website and support services described below have separate data practices.
Data, purposes and legal bases
When you contact us by form or email, we process your email address, subject and message, selected product and any optional name, device, operating-system, host or app-version details you provide. We use them to answer support or product enquiries and follow up. For purchase-related or contractual support, the basis is performance of a contract or steps requested before one (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)). Email, subject and message are needed to respond; other fields are optional. Please avoid sending projects, recordings or sensitive data unless we request them for diagnosis.
Technical data is also processed to deliver and protect the site, detect abuse and filter automated submissions under our legitimate interest in service security and operation (Art. 6(1)(f)). The form includes Google reCAPTCHA v2 supplied through Netlify; the challenge may process device, connection and interaction data. You can email us if the challenge does not load.
Recipients and transfers
Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions and spam filtering. Google provides reCAPTCHA v2; see Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms. The email service used to reply also processes messages. App stores and AUv3 hosts handle their own data under their respective policies. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where applicable, processing must rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Ask us about safeguards applicable to a specific provider.
Retention and rights
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to resolve them, handle reasonable follow-up, meet legal duties or address claims; they are then deleted or anonymised through the services used. Technical and spam-prevention data is kept according to its security purpose and provider configuration. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by emailing us. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). If we ever rely on consent for processing, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing.
Cookies and external resources
This site’s own code does not include analytics or advertising. That does not mean there are no third-party resources or cookies: Google reCAPTCHA v2 and hosting infrastructure may use connection information, storage or cookies for security and operation. Submitting the form does not imply consent to unrelated processing. You can use support email instead of loading the challenge.
