1. Operator and scope

Luanco Audio is the brand of Mario Martínez, Spanish tax ID (NIF) 01928363C, c/ cami del barranquet, 78, 46133, Valencia, Spain. Contact support@luanco.info. These terms describe use of this website, its documentation and product information. See the Legal Notice for operator details.

2. Products and licences

Luanco Audio apps and Audio Units distributed through the App Store are licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA, subject to mandatory consumer rights. These website terms do not replace that licence or the store’s purchase terms. Any future direct Mac sale will need its own purchase terms before checkout is enabled; this website does not currently accept direct orders.

3. Your music and our material

You keep the rights to recordings, compositions and other music you create with the products, including commercial use. Merely using the software grants Luanco Audio no rights to that music. The software, brand, design, documentation and published examples remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights. You may use the documentation to learn the product, but may not present the software or brand as your own.

4. Lawful use and compatibility

Use the website and products lawfully and respect others’ rights. Check the listed supported systems and hosts before purchasing. Features can depend on your device, operating system, host and version. Keep backups of important projects and settings using your host’s facilities. Audio examples and measurements describe specific conditions; results can vary with source material and environment.

5. Prices, purchases and consumer rights

Release dates and purchase links will be posted when confirmed. The Spain reference prices shown here are customer prices inclusive of applicable taxes; Apple sets prices elsewhere and displays the final price before purchase. Mac and iPad are separate purchases. Apple processes App Store purchases and provides the applicable payment, delivery, cancellation and refund information. These terms do not exclude or reduce any statutory withdrawal, conformity, repair or other consumer rights. Contact us for product questions; use Apple’s channels as well for App Store purchase or refund administration.

6. Support, privacy and updates

Ask for help through Support or by email. We handle enquiry data as described in the Privacy Notice. We may update this information to reflect actual changes and will show its revision date. A website update does not retrospectively change a purchase, an existing licence or your legal rights.

7. Law and disputes

Spanish law applies to these website terms without taking away mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. For a complaint, first contact support@luanco.info. Consumers may use the courts and dispute-resolution routes available by law, including courts of their home jurisdiction where applicable. These terms do not impose an exclusive court contrary to consumer law.
